How do I register? Click the REGISTER NOW button (above).
I am paying with check - how do I do that? Select send an invoice and an invoice with payment information will be emailed to you.
Can I pay with Credit Card? Yes, you can pay with credit card online when you register, just select pay with credit card. You can also pay with credit card after registration by emailing Karen (email@example.com) for the instructions. If you are not paying with credit card at the time you register, then you must select send invoice. Once the credit card transaction is processed, you will receive a receipt by email.
Do you accept Purchase Orders? Yes, we accept them. Select send an invoice when you register, and enter the PO# in the comment field (if you have it). An invoice will be emailed to you, and payment can be made by check or credit card.
Payment Policy Payment may be made by check, payable to Arizona Business & Education Coalition (ABEC) or by credit card. You can pay with credit card online at time of registration or following registration. Contact Karen by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions on paying by credit card subsequent to registering. All registrations must be paid in full by March 27, 2024. Unpaid registrations after the 27th will be cancelled.
Substitutions Contact Karen (602-264-8396 or email@example.com) ASAP if you need to substitute for someone unable to make it. No substitutions permitted after March 27, 2024.
Cancellation Policy Any registrant unable to attend should contact the ABEC offices (Karen by email Karen@azbec.org or by phone 602-264-8396) as soon as possible. If the cancelation of a paid registration occurs by March 16, 2024, the registration fee minus the cancelation fee of $50 will be refunded within five (5) business days. If the cancelation of a paid registration occurs after March 16, 2024,there is no refund.(NO Refunds for NO SHOWS).We encourage you to find a substitute.Registrations not canceled per these guidelines must be paid in full even if the registrant does not attend the conference. Conference materials, meals and breakout session preparations all are based on the number of registrants.
Hotels A limited number of rooms at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel and Spa at a special rate are available. Book your room here. The cut-off date for booking rooms at the special rate is March 1, 2024.
Breakout Sessions As the conference date nears you will receive information on all breakout sessions available and the opportunity to select the breakout sessions of your choice.
